Year 7 Transition Information

Welcome to The Grange P-12 College, where our students thrive in an environment of collective pride and achievement. Whether your child is continuing through from Preps at The Grange, or is joining The Grange from one of our intake schools, you will find Deloraine Campus a welcoming and supportive learning community. Our continuity of curriculum and our seamless transitions across the stages of schooling are geared to benefit students academically and socially.

Our Secondary Campus in Deloraine Drive provides a resourced and mature learning environment. It extends the experiences of Primary School in a positive educational climate which encourages a spirit of enquiry and a life-long love of learning.
