Virtual School Tour
Due to Covid, we are unable to have physical school tours. Please see below for our Virtual School Tour.
Starting Prep is often an exciting but daunting time, not only for the children but also for parents and families. At The Grange P-12 College, we encourage families to take advantage of several formal transition sessions in the months prior to entering the Prep school year. This assists students to feel comfortable and safe in their new learning environment, provides familiarity with staff and facilities and allows families to ask questions about the year ahead.
Online Transition Sessions
In the current Covid climate, our transition sessions will look a little different and they will start as soon as your child has been enrolled at The Grange. This year, we are introducing some online ‘live’ transition sessions (via Microsoft Teams) for all students who are enrolled to start Prep in 2021. In these sessions, you will meet some of our Prep teachers and engage in some fun and games. Parental supervision is required for all online sessions. More information will be provided during your Enrolment Interviews.
School Transition Sessions
Towards the end of the year, we are planning to have future 2021 students come and visit the school for some transition activities. During these sessions, your child will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with some of the Prep teachers and other new students starting Prep. The Prep teachers look forward to using these sessions to get to know your child a little more!
Parent Information Sessions
We understand that as parents, you will have questions about your child starting school. This year we are running online parent information sessions via Microsoft Teams. These sessions will give you relevant information about your child’s school year and will have a live question and answer section at the end. We have 2 information sessions coming up as listed below. Please email email@example.com to register for this event. You only need to attend ONE parent information session.
