Rugby Academy
The Grange P-12 College Rugby Academy operates in strong partnership with NRL Victoria and Rugby Victoria to deliver high-quality coaching and competition pathways for student athletes. Students develop skills across both Rugby League and Rugby Union, supported by dedicated specialist coaches in each discipline.
The Rugby Academy is supported by coaches who possess deep knowledge and understanding of the physical demands and developmental needs of growing rugby athletes. Training is specifically designed to target power, strength and endurance through a combination of weightlifting and cardiovascular conditioning. Coaches work closely with each student to develop technical proficiency and tactical awareness appropriate to their stage of development.

- Rugby Victoria Schools competitions
